Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:

All of our candles are hand poured in small batches. Therefore, our current processing time (the time it takes for us to ship out your order) is 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING TIME:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can stay up to date with your order's location. Typical shipping time (the time it takes for the mail carrier to deliver your order to you) is 3-7 business days depending on your delivery address. Once orders have been shipped out and are in the hands of the mail carrier, we are not responsible for any delayed shipping times. If you have any questions about delays while your order is en route, please reach out to your mail carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the 50 United States of America and the following territories: 
  • Armed Forces Americas,
  • Armed Forces Europe,
  • Armed Forces Pacific,
  • American Samoa,
  • Guam,
  • Northern Mariana Islands,
  • Puerto Rico,
  • United States Minor Outlying Islands, and
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS:

If you typed in the wrong address for your order, please email us within 6 hours of placing your order so that we are able to make the necessary adjustment on our end. If you do not email us the correct address within that 6-hour period and we have already shipped your order out, we are NOT responsible for any package(s) shipped to the wrong address. If your order is already en route to the wrong address, please reach out to your mail carrier IMMEDIATELY to try and resolve this issue.
