REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we ONLY accept returns and issue refunds/exchanges if:

  1. you received the wrong item(s), or
  2. you received a defective item(s).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 5 days from when your package was marked as delivered to you. Please email us at: [email protected] . In the subject of your email, state your order number and whether you want a refund or to make an exchange (ex. "ORDER #1234: REFUND" or "ORDER #1234: EXCHANGE"). To promote honesty, we require that you take photographic evidence of your wrong/defective item(s) and attach it to your email.

Disclaimers:
Buyers who mail us their wrong/defective item(s) without getting permission from us first will be denied a refund/exchange.

All wrong/defective items must be shipped back to us unused and with their original packaging in order for us to approve and process your refund or exchange. Your refund or exchange will be denied if you do not return all wrong/defective items back to us unused and with their original packaging. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an approval or denial email.

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. However, if your exchange request is approved, we will pay for the shipping cost of your replacement item(s).

DAMAGED/LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

USPS Packages:
If your USPS package arrived damaged, got lost, or was stolen, please file a claim with USPS directly.

UPS Packages:
If your UPS package arrived damaged, got lost, or was stolen, please email us within 10 days at [email protected] so that we can file a claim for you. To decrease the likelihood of your claim getting denied, please do not throw away any part of your damaged package. Also, please do not ship us back any damaged item(s).

TYPED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS:

If you typed in the wrong address for your order, please email us within 6 hours of placing your order so that we are able to make the necessary adjustment on our end. If you do not email us the correct address within that 6-hour period and we have already shipped your order out, we are NOT responsible for any package(s) shipped to the wrong address. If your order is already en route to the wrong address, please reach out to your mail carrier IMMEDIATELY to try and resolve this issue.
